Agility provides access to a robust asset manager; a central hub where you can store and organize all of your available digital assets.

You Assets Dashboard can be found by opening your Agility Instance and clicking Assets from the main sidebar menu.
File Types
| jpg | gif | |
| png | webp | mp3 |
| svg | zip | mp4 |
Upload Size & Large Files
You can upload files up to 1GB in size.
Files larger than 15MB are delivered using segmented caching over the CDN. This applies to any file, not just images: regardless of file type, a file over 15MB must use one of the following extensions in order to be served by the CDN.
| mp4 | mov | webm |
| mkv | gif | |
| png | jpg | jpeg |
| wav | mp3 | zip |
| pptx | ppt | apk |
If a file over 15MB uses an extension that is not on this list, it will not be downloadable through the CDN. Files at or under 15MB are not affected by this restriction.
Organizing Assets
Assets can be organized into folders which will automatically update the URL path of the Asset.
For example, if you have a file stored in the Products folder of your Assets Dashboard, the file path would be /products/{fileName}

Agility provides security for Assets at a Folder level. This allows Admins to grant users the ability to work with specific folders in the Assets section. These users will only be able to see folders that they have been granted access to. As well, users who only have global Reader access will not be able to access files in the root Assets folder.
There are 3 Levels of Folder Security Access:
Navigate to your Assets, select the folder you wish to apply security on, then select Edit.

Click on the Security tab, then click the '+' icon.
