Live Collaboration

Live Collaboration allows you to interact in real-time with your team members without ever having to leave Agility.

Presence Indicators

Now you can see who's online right at the top of your screen. If someone’s working on the same item as you, they’ll have a yellow frame with a handy little message letting you know who’s there. You can even see what field they’re editing (so you can dodge any accidental collisions) and see their mouse movements in Web Studio.

Tagging Team Members

Another new feature is the ability to tag team members in a comment. Once they've been tagged, they'll be notified and clicking the notification will bring them to that item and comment.

React and Resolve

Once you've read a comment there are multiple interactions you can take. You can reply to it in a thread, react with an emoji, or mark it as resolved.

Comment Editing

Made a miskate? Not a problem. You can easily edit and update your comments as-needed.

Commenting Mode

Within Web Studio you also have access to Commenting Mode. This allows you to leave comment bubbles directly on items within you preview, interact with others comments and click them to go to the item they're referencing.
